Hence the solopreneur must work ON the business and IN the business in order to be successful. They lead, manage and role up their sleeves to deliver the goods or services.  

There remains one more dynamic in all of this. No matter what role businesspeople have – whether leader, manager, or worker – they all have a life to live and that means not only taking care of business but also taking care of their own mind, body and spirit.

I am a businessman who ran a ‘bricks and mortar’ consulting and training firm for over 35 years. In that role I:

• Assisted over 150 companies and organizations to develop effective business plans and processes.
• Conducted hundreds of face-to-face workshops to over 15000 individuals on planning, organizing and meeting the challenges of the 21rst century.
• Worked with over 180 start-up entrepreneurs with an 80% success rate using many of the same strategies provided in this course.

Presently I’m an author, internet business coach, content marketer, product developer, owner of several internet training products and services and now deliver my internet business from home. Yes, I too am a home-based online solopreneur.

All throughout my business life I have coached and consulted with leaders, managers and workers across the economic spectrum to become the best that they can be by helping them develop successful businesses and work environments.

An 8 week course with at least 10 hours of individualized attention through face-to-face virtual training. It provides the tools, techniques and process to work ON your business and includes summaries and workbooks after each module for your future reference.
 
Introduction: An overview of all the sessions.
 
Module 1:  Three sessions

• Session 1 – You will assess what you bring to your business including Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats + Challenges
• Session 2 – You explore and commit to your Personal Core Values and Core Business Values.
• Session 3 – You draft your Vision and Mission statements.

Module 2: You will learn the importance of goal setting, the importance of  Long-term and short-term goals, the rationale behind goal setting, goal setting traps. You will explore why people give up on goals and how to overcome setbacks.  You will set powerful aspirational and SMART goals for self and business.
 Module 3: You will discover your IM Niche, ways to build on your experiential knowledge base and clarify the various aspects of determining your niche.
Module 4: You will construct a detailed, step-by-step action plan for developing digital products and a process for action.
Module 5: You will identify key internet business Helpers/Advisors. Those key people who will keep you on track and support you as you journey towards turning your business ideas into reality.
Module 6: Bonus Session: Time Management Processes and Techniques or another topic based on your specific needs.

Module 1: How to generate product ideas and an introduction on how to develop virtual products.
Module 2: Covers internet marketing strategies, marketing language and how to develop virtual relationships and contacts (lists). How to best use social media and websites. How to lead with content marketing and how to gain commitment from potential clients.
Module 3: How to clarify internet marketing and branding requirements; clarify and establish marketing principles. Why and how to develop your brand. The advantages and disadvantages of branding. How to drive traffic using a simple funnel.
Module 4: How to generate an Internet Product Board. The difference between product and story boards. Further self-management strategies and applications. Design your own IPB.
Module 5: How to design and develop a Content Creation Dashboard. Design your own CCD.
Module 6: How to design and develop a Product Distribution Board.  Design your own PDB
Module 7: Bonus Session  All About you. You take the lead in this virtual session and deal with any topic within the program for further exploration.  The Learning Cycle and where to from here.
