The overarching theme of Fontanie|Magazine is to share articles and provide resources which help people "go beyond the ordinary in business, at work and in life" so that they reach their full potential. Fontanie|Magazine finds its genesis in the work that Richard Fontanie and his team at Fontanie Associates Consulting Services Inc. accomplished over a thirty year period. They found those in the private, public and non-profit sectors have a thirst for discovering a higher sense of purpose, becoming value driven leaders and managers and improving their knowledge and skills for work and for life. |
History |
Fontanie Associates Consulting Services Inc. (FACSi) was established in 1984 with a mission to help individuals and corporations achieve significant and sustained improvement in performance by delivering superior consulting and training services throughout Saskatchewan and Western Canada. Richard and the FACSi team worked with over 1000 private and non-profit organizations which cut across all sectors of the economy. It assisted more than 150 start up companies with a success rate of 80% over a five year period; a success rate that was substantially higher than those who start a business without support, training and mentor-ship. For almost thirty years it delivered world-wide best practice training programs, developed and supported by Priority Management, an international training and development firm. Over 15000 people attended FACSi face-to-face workshops.
