Break Procrastination with these four tips

Here are four strategies you can do today to get going on that big project.

1. Break it down into manageable tasks and then work on one task at time.
2. Assign 90 minute chunks of time to work on your tasks. After 90 minutes take a break.
3. Know when you work best. If it's in the morning work on it in the morning, if it's in the afternoon then that's the best time to get it done.
4. Block time off in your calendar to work on your task and treat it as a meeting. You are meeting with yourself to work on a very important task. Close your door and let others know you are busy.
