Take a weekend out and consider the following approach to finding your sense of personal purpose.
Find a quiet spot. Sit-up straight with feet flat on the ground or in a Yoga position (Butterfly or Lotus position). Close your eyes. Spend time meditating on personal purpose. Take a break and jot down your thoughts. Do this two or three times during the week-end. Review your thoughts with a mentor, coach or someone you trust. Choose a statement that allows you to say out loud: "That's it!" .
